Booking Terms for Brock Scar Cottage
|
Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday
It is requested that new arrivals take up occupation no earlier
than 4:00pm and that the cottage be vacated by 10:00am
on the day of departure.
The cottage is open all year and short stays and weekend breaks
are available - prices on application.

A deposit of £50.00 per week is requested at the time
of booking, with the balance payable six weeks prior to taking up
occupation. If your holiday is booked at short notice, please pay
the full amount at the time of booking.
If for any reason you are unable to occupy the cottage after booking
and paying the deposit we will endeavour to re-let the period. If
successful, your payment will be refunded, otherwise the deposit
is non-returnable.
